---Huafon lndustrial Group was set up in June of 1996, and the name of Ruian Huafon Wenzhou Polyurethane Company Ltd. was changed to Wenzhou Huafon Industrial Group Co., Ltd.
---Zhejiang Huafon Spandex Co., Ltd. was set up in December of 1999.
